Property Sourcing + Project management

We can offer a comprehensive range of services that includes the sourcing of investment properties, as well as the management of any significant works needed to enhance the properties' overall quality, or to simply ensure that they become fully rentable.

Contract +
Referencing only

We can provide a comprehensive referencing, contract preparation, and deposit registration service for the total fee of £350 plus VAT for each property, assuming you are able to find your own tenants. This service ensures that all necessary paperwork is handled efficiently and professionally.

Rent
collection

We can offer you a convenient monthly rent collection service for a competitive fee of 2% plus VAT of the total monthly rent amount.
